Do I need to know exactly what I want?
No. A basic idea, theme, color palette, occasion, or inspiration photo is enough to begin the conversation.
Can I request changes to my design?
You’ll have an opportunity to review your custom design and request reasonable adjustments before it is finalized or placed into production.
How long will my custom order take?
Turnaround depends on the project type, quantity, current workload, approval time, production requirements, and shipping. An estimated timeline will be discussed before the order is confirmed.
Can you ship finished products?
Yes. Eligible physical products can be shipped within the United States. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be included when applicable.
Are rush orders available?
Rush availability depends on the type of project and current workload. Additional rush fees may apply whenever expedited service is available.
